This guarantee applies to residential installations of our Kitchen, Laundry, Vanity cabinets, and Wardrobes.
This warranty covers:
- Cabinet Frames and Carcasses
- Hinges and Drawer Mechanisms
- End Panels and Filler Panels
- Doors and Drawer Fronts
- Legs and Plinths
- Knobs and Handles
The benefits provided by the guarantee are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you as a consumer under Australian Consumer Law. You must save your receipt as proof of purchase to validate the guarantee.
What is guaranteed and for how long?
The guarantee covers any material or factory defects for a period of ten (10) years from the date on the proof of purchase. The guarantee does not cover any damages caused by improper use, force majeure, or wear and tear, misuse, damages related to exposure to water or heat.
What do we do to correct the problem?
CGH will send an authorized representative, who would examine the product and decide if it’s covered under this guarantee. CGH will then, at its choice, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product. Given that CGH products are supplied ready-to-assemble (RTA), CGH will not bear the cost of removal of the defective item or installation of the replacement item. If the item is no longer sold by CGH, CGH will provide an appropriate replacement. CGH will decide at its discretion, what will constitute an appropriate replacement.
General legal rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer law. The benefits under our guarantees are in addition to other rights and remedies under a law in relation to goods.
